Reservation Cancellation Policy In order to provide the best service possible, it is required that all group reservations of 12 or more be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event. This will confirm all requirements and any modifications to ensure the success of the event. Kitchen preparations and staffing requirements are made based on the confirmation of guests and menu details. When making a reservation, a credit card number will be required to hold the space for the reservation. No charge will be applied to the credit card until the day of the reservation. We will charge a $15 per person lunch and a $30 per person dinner cancellation fee for any guests that do not arrive. We do understand that circumstances change, and that illness may be unforeseen. Any charges will only be based on the confirmed guests given 48 hours ahead of time. Please be aware that there is a flat cake charge of $25 for a cake brought in.
